Created to be a Base Pregel specially to make fresh sorbetto. This has a neutral flavor that adds  a hint of sweetness and maintains a creamy texture that displays very nicely. This is also used to make Frozen Yogurt, Gelato, Soft Serve, and Sorbetto. 

Pregel Fruttosa Powder Recipe

Lots of ice cream shops will modify the recipe depending on use, but we suggest using 1.76 ounces (50 grams) per every 33.8 ounces (1 litre) of either milk or water used.  This base is fat free, gluten free, & OU Kosher (Dairy). 

PreGel Fruttosa Powder is a special powdered base for preparing a multitude of frozen desserts such as frozen yogurt, sorbetto, and soft serve. Requiring the addition of water or milk, and sugar, the base becomes a soft blended texture that carries a neutral, sweet flavor.
