An awning wrap is a 1”-projecting awning. Construction methods are basically the same as a regular awning except that the profile of an awning wrap is normally about 1” thick.

• An alternative to heavy and expensive aluminum signs.

CONSTRUCTION
Fabric (13 oz. reinforced vinyl) is stretched over the frame and
stapled into an extruded aluminum channel.

• Perimeter of the frame is 1” Staple Stitch aluminum awning extrusion.
• Sub frames stiffeners are 1" aluminum extrusion
• Fabric (13oz. reinforced vinyl) stretched over the frame and stapled into an extruded aluminum channel.
• PVC bead is applied into the channel to cover the staples.

INSTALLATION OPTIONS

• Lag bolt directly through the face and extrusion into wall.
• Use a Z bracket on the outside of the frame.
• Use a Z bracket on the inside of the frame.
• Simple L brackets into the wall and frame.
